Although we encourage all CSU supporters to give to an area that is most meaningful to them, we are highlighting three specific initiatives this Giving Tuesday...

Lift Up Vikes! Resource Center and Food Pantry - Feeding minds and nourishing futures. Over the past year alone, we've provided essential resources to an incredible 7,484 students, making a difference in their education and well-being. Please help us to ensure that no student goes hungry.
Mt. Sinai-Advancing the School of Nursing - CSU’s School of Nursing has been awarded a grant from the Mt. Sinai Foundation to support their growing programs and the initiatives of their newly appointed Nursing Director. All gifts made toward the Mt. Sinai-Advancing the School of Nursing Fund on Giving Tuesday 2025 will be matched by the Mt. Sinai Foundation-up to $50,000!
Cleveland State University Annual Fund - The easiest way to make a difference in the lives of current students. From financial aid to classroom equipment to student life, all areas of the University depend upon the regular replenishing of funds that happens through this resource.

Resource Center & Food Pantry</strong> as we strive to make a significant impact on the lives of our students in 2026. <strong>Over the past</strong><strong> academic year alone, we've provided essential resources to an incredible 15,047 people</strong>, making a difference in their education and well-being. <strong>Feeding minds, Nourishing Futures</strong>: Our commitment to combating student hunger is reflected in the astounding <strong>135,423 meals provided</strong><strong> in 2026</strong>. However, the journey does not end here. We need your support to continue this crucial work and address the diverse needs of our student community. <strong>Beyond Basics: Hygiene and More</strong>: While food sustains the body, hygiene products are essential for maintaining dignity and confidence. Our biggest area of need includes <strong>feminine hygiene products and infant care items</strong> like baby wipes, pull-ups, and diapers above size 4. Your contribution will help us provide not just sustenance but also essential items that foster a sense of well-being. <strong>College Student-Friendly Food Options:</strong> College life is demanding, and convenient, nutritious food is key to success. We are seeking your support to enhance our pantry with college student friendly options such as <strong>snacks, microwaveable meals, and granola bars</strong>. Your contribution will directly impact students' ability to focus on their studies without the worry of an empty stomach. <strong>Thanks to our partnership with the Great Cleveland Food Bank</strong>, every dollar you donate allows us to purchase 3 meals worth of food for our students. Your generosity multiplies the impact, ensuring that even a small donation goes a long way in alleviating hunger and supporting educational successes.
